DOING THE IMPOSSIBLE THROUGH GOD

STAND UP EVEN IF STANDING UP MIGHT SEEM TO BE IMPOSSIBLE

1.In those days was Hezekiah sick unto death, And Isaiah the prophet, the son of Amos came unto him, and said unto him, Thus saith thine house in order for thou shalt die, and not live.2 Then Hezekiah turned his face towards the wall and prayer unto the Lord.3 And said, Remember now, O Lord, I beseech thee, how I have walked before thee in truth and with a perfect heart, and done what is good in thy sight. And Hezekiah wept sore.{Isaiah 38:1-3}

Now glory to God according to the opening scripture we get that the man of God Hezekiah was in a very bad situation (very sick), according to the bible he was about to die and all his dreams and everything he wanted to do was about to come to an end.

Now we get that when the prophet was talking to him, he (Hezekiah) just looked back towards the wall.

*He turned his face away from his own sensation.

*He turned his face away from his own symptoms.

*He turned his face away from his own suffering.

*He turned his face away from sympathizing reletives.

*He turned his face away from medical skills.

* All he did was to turn his face to the Lord.

Standing up even if standing up might be hard. According to the bible (Isaiah 38:3) the man stood up even if standing up was very hard. That guy was very ill but he was able to stand up even if it was hard to stand up. He reminded God about how he walked before him(God). Now according to the bible Hezekiah didn't say, O Lord remember how i sang at church nor made people come to church, so we get that the guy(Hezekiah) had a revelation that that it is of vital importance how you walk as a child of the light (God).

Brothers and sisters i know that standing up may be a bit hard when there is something that is holding you back, but all i can ever say is that stand up my brother, my sister, father and mother even if its hard standing up. Hezekiah did it though he was sick, Job did it though his whole body was covered in sores, David did it though he was faced by a giant Goliath, Zachariah and Elizabeth did it though they were unable to have any children.

I know that the situation in front of you now might be a bit big in a way that you think you will not stand up ever again, but glory to God because God said that we are more than conquerors. And remember that it is not the situation you in that is a problem but what you do in the process and after you had that that problem. The story of Peter and Jesus on top of the sea, the bible records that the man of God Peter was able to walk on top of water though he was not a super being like Jesus, remember that Peter at that time was not having the Holy Spirit upon him. Peter was able to stand up even though standing up seemed so hard, he stood up and got out of the mentality of saying," I cant do it and got to the mentality of saying, "I can do it". It is so vital importance that as a Christian you get out of the chicken mentality and get in the kicking mentality.

I remember this other time that I was at the hospital for a week, having my hand broken. It was heavily damaged and according to some of the health professionals they thought I was never going to use my hand the way i used to, glory to God because what they were excepting never came to action. Even though i was at the hospital with a broken arm, I never had the CHICKEN MENTALITY but had the mentality of a man whose having faith. I know that right now you may think that standing up might be the hardest thing you can ever possibly think off, but i have a testimony today that I Mcolisi Godfrey Nkosi stood up even though standing up seemed to be very hard or impossible.

My brothers and sisters i know that you are faced with different challenges and problems in your home, at school or anywhere you are at this particular time. Your report shows you that you failed, Divorce papers are at the table right now and ready to be signed, Your own children are turning their backs on you and calling you names, You loosing your car right now, You about to loose your job now. Brothers and sisters all those are situations trying to block you from standing up, all i can ever say is that stand up even if those obstacles are being a trouble for you to walk freely and stand up. Those situations are not there to paralyze you but to give you more strength for you to stand up once again and standing up in a way that you wont fall again. They are not there to kill you but to keep you and test you in the Lord.

Understanding that the power of standing up even if standing up might be hard made me the person I am today, also understanding that its not over until God says its over.
